  I found this to be an interesting story (and before you ask, yes, I know its from Fox News). Personally, I don't really have an opinion about the main issue here, but Oregon's inability to provide an answer to why they weren't making the immigrants learn English is a abhorrent. If you're going to make a decision, make sure you can back it up. I'm curious about other people's take on this clip, so please comment.
