PRAYING THIS WILL BE OUR HOUSE
We've agreed upon a price for the acreage. Now if we can just qualify for the loan. Pray for favor and a quick approval process. We would really like to unload the moving van at our house and not a storage unit. (If this deal falls through we'll be waiting until mid-June for a rent house and live with hubby's folks during the wait.) Also if we get the acreage I'll be able to dig up more of my flowers and just move them bare rooted instead of the starts of things I have already put in pots. This is the view out the front door facing North during the rainy season.
I looked it up on Google Earth and it looks like there are 3 decent sized trees near the house. It is the one on the right side of the push pin. You can see the white of the carport roof really better than the house. Can you see the pump jack?
Things are not progressing as quickly as I would like on this remodel. Everything seems to be taking three times as long as we expected! Today the weather is going to finally cooperate and we will get the outside paint touched up. What was originally going to be a May 5th moving date has been pushed to May 15th. At least that gives me Mother's Day here with Em. But we have to be done by then for our renter's sake. Their stuff is in storage and they are living in a hotel with a 4 year old.
Add into the mix I am trying to finish settling Moma's estate before we leave and get the funds disbursed to my brothers. Utilities have to be sheduled for turn off here, etc. Busy week ahead.

An agreed upon price is a great place to start! :) Agreeing in prayer with you on favor for a loan. Sorry that things are getting backed up - we're experiencing the same thing with our new house!!
@rayray714a - Yes you see a tree. There are TWO on the acreage we hope will be ours.

But only two that actually eat and purr. Hubby says I can have all the "pretty" ones I want so long as no more than two at a time breathe... So I collect cats.
ah, the stress of remodeling and moving - just take deep breaths and frequent breaks to keep your sanity! i dread the day we decide this house is too big and we decide to move .... hopefully that day won't be here for many years to come!
It looks very scenic! Moving is such an enormous job- but once you get to your new place and get the boxes unpacked it will feel great.
Very exciting...or stressful...probably changes from moment to moment!
My brother in-law is living with us until he could find a house and close on it. (He is moving across the state.) Next weekend my sister in-law and niece will join him here, until their house closes...so I can understand the exciting/stressful time you are in.
