Last night I dreamed i was doing LD at the Houston tournament. I was going neg against Rachel Hoffman , and we were debating confidential sources again. For her 1AC, she told a nice story and ran the value of friendship with no criterion. So for my negative case, i ran the countervalue of Security (because you can't have friends if you're dead!) and the criterion of freedom of the press.

I used up all my prep time before the NC because I couldn't figure out how to draw the lines on my flow pad. But then the judge said we were only doing the constructives because we were short on time. This seemed odd, but I cooperated because i was very happy with how my NC went.

I think something is wrong with me.

I too think there is something wrong with you... =P haha.... couldn't figure out how to draw lines on your flow pad...

last time I had a dream I dreamt that Hillary Clinton was chasing me through the jungles of Ecuador with a 4 foot machete in hand and I was running for my life screaming bloody murder... now THAT was scary... I think if she ever Did become president, I would pack my bags and move to Antarctica, down to the land of the happy penguins...

LOL, it was some night in the middle of regionals last year (medmal year), and I had this dream that Megan Smith wanted my help researching for some new case called the CARTH House (don't ask me for the acronym...I never figured it out). Basically, you get rid of doctors, and all the sick people go to the CARTH House (a hospital-like atmosphere) to die. And if you don't make it, you die in agony out in the street.

'Twas quite traumatizing.

Yes, something is wrong with you; why didn't you mention attacking the link of her friendship and the media's right to protect confidential sources? Plus, this is democracy year, so you should have hit her on resolutionality. Gosh, you could at least have updated your dreams. = )
