WOO WHOO, I survived yet another workout at kickboxing this morning. We pretty much just work our arms off litterally and sweated alot but it was worth it. I hadn't been in over a week and a half due to my knee doing this crackling thing off and on, atleast it doesn't hurt but it does get annoying. I dont have to go into work today till 4 till 7pm at Banfield which is nice cause I'll have some more time to work on some things.
