Day One.
Day One
Okay. So Todays day one, of my new lifestyle,..
I couldnt get to gym. But i'm going to workout at home today.
Intake:
Breakfast;
1 Orange [85 calories.]
Water [0 calories.]
Lunch;
Water [0 calories.]
Dinner;
I'll update after work..Outtake;
Morning Routine [11:30am.]
2 mins of stretching
200 starjumps.
10 pushups.
30 lifts each arm, 1 kgs.
20 squats.
30 situpsNight Routine
I'll update after work <3
Think thin, Stay strong.

Monday, April 21. 8:04pm.
Jessica and myself Went to lifestyle gym toay. Started our workout at 4 pm.
We Worked out flat out until 6, and then we decieded to call it quits for today.
Today is now an official start for me.Jessica and myself also got picked as models for the High School Formal Expo.
We get Free tickets, and Free stuff, and all this mad stuff.
We're so excited.
This is a good start for Jessica and Myself.
Today i had.
B; nothing.
L; nothing.
D; spagetti & garlic bread.
Workout;
GYM.
im sore:( LOL.

(: UPDATEUPDATEUPDATE.
Sorry i havent been on in a while.
I've been back into Hospital. It did be good.Four consistant day's of not eating, And now my stomach has shrunckin.
and i only eat dinner and maybe fruit during the day if i get hungry.My mom, commented on my weight loss, she said its showing in my face, and my arms:)
So if i keep going i should be great by formal:D
Im joining a gym as soon as i find a parter:)
Jess might come with me now shes staying,
Im just really excited about this now, Because beautiful here i come:)
I've recently only been drininking water.:) and yeah its been good. im feeling great.
Any suggestions to help me?
Would be much appreciated.
