• I have been with the same company going on 11 years (October 2008).  I really love what I do and who I work for.  Now believe me there are days I want to pull my hair out and shout from the tallest building that this job sucks.  But what job won't do that to you?  I am very proud of the fact that I started on the basement level of this company and they recognized my loyalty and work ethics along with my performance.  I have been able to contiue to grow and be challenged as I worked my way up the small ladder.    Today I have an interview....3rd round!  I meet with the call center Director for yet another advancement.  I am excited and nervous.  I really want this position.  I can finally stop supervising, people.  Don't get me wrong I love my team and they me.  We work well together.  I actually believe part of why they work hard is for ME.  Call me crazy.  It is a good feeling.  But I so want a position where my performance is not affected by the performance of others.  I will still have direct reports under me but only 4 as opposed to 13.  We (my new team, if I should be so lucky)  will manage staff operations.Think positive thoughts for me today!!!

  I enjoyed Superbowl.  Only time during the year I really sit down and watch football.    Did your favorite team win?
