  • Wow it's been a while.  Sorry.  I have not had much going on.  Family is doing well.  Work is fine.  Just not feeling all that spunky these days.  Oh wait something new is in my life.  I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer.  I work out with Ryan three days a week for an hour each day.  Only been doing this for two weeks.  I just wanted to feel stronger and maybe loose 20 pounds in the process.  Kinda of feeling another year creeping up on me.  Shortly, very shortly I will turn 58.  Ryan has a degree in nutrition.  So he has really taught me a lot about my eating habits.  I eat totally different.  My husband decided to do this with me and he also is with a trainer.  His trainer is taking a little different approach with him.  But Wick benefits from the nutrion lessons I get from Ryan.

    I work hard and am anxious to see results.  Right now it is soreness and sweat!!! 

    I think I am ready for a vacation.  No vacation till end of May.  Hope I can hold on!

    Good luck with the gym...I know it really makes people feel better.  I keep saying I get plenty of exercise at work but I know it is not the right kind.  Good for you!  Love from the other Nancy
