Last night I saw The Matrix Reloaded.  The tagline should be "free your wallet."  I'd be monumentally surprised if this didn't break the non-holiday weekend box office record.  Don't get me wrong, it should.  It certainly fills the shoes of the Visually Stunning, But Ultimately Pointless Sequel.

Of course now I'm anxiously awaiting The Matrix Revolutions this November.  I'm just a sucker for these cute latex outfits!

Make no mistake, this sequel will entertain you.  It has some great new characters (like Persephone, pictured left) and tons of special effects that will blow you away.  If you miss the first 20 or so minutes, you'll like it even more.
