NOTES FROM THE ROAD

I'm still in NYC, for all three of you out there wondering.  I think I'm going to stay here until I hear about the job for which I came here to interview.  I've pretty much exhausted all the job leads I could find in LA, so why not exhaust a few in NYC while I'm here?

Anyone out there who still thinks we're not in a recession, or on the verge of one, please raise your hand (everyone except for Ruth, that is).

In the meantime, I found a funny as hell site by a guy who lives not far from the now former World Trade Center.  He also has some amazing shots taken with his digital cam just hours after the towers collapsed.  Pretty amazing how easily he got through the security perimeter in the wake of such a catastrophic disaster.
