If you're in a bar in Texas, be careful what you imbibe, or how much. As a "pre-emptive strike" against ~~WMDs~~ would-be drunk drivers, Texas has decided to send in undercover cops to arrest bar patrons for public drunkenness.

"Just a soda for me, thanks!"
