YOU'RE SORRY?  WELL THAT MAKES IT ALL BETTER!

Since when is "sorry" the remedy for, well, anything?  "I'm sorry" is the biggest crock since the idea of immaculate conception.  To illustate my point, I would like to present Exhibit A: Todd Bertuzzi vs. Steve Moore; it's a hockey thing, so bear with me.

On Monday, Bertuzzi (left) punched Moore (right) in the back of the head, then drove his face into the ice, breaking Moore's neck and spilling lots of his blood.  The pictures don't do the incident justice - it was vile and heartless, and so very violent (here is the time lapse photos: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). 

Bertuzzi apologized today, to much fanfare and hoopla, but is still suspended without pay.  How his apology makes anything better, I don't know.  What makes it all worse in my opinion is that Steve Moore is, excuse me, was so totally hot.

ALSO, today is my dear friend, and favorite Mexican, Carlos' 30th birthday.  In honor of this joyous event, this is for him.  Feliz Cumpleanos!
