• whatchu sayin' about "fate"?

  
  do you believe in fate? do you not? this young lady i was talking to in english class last night told me that me going to ocad was fate. she said it wasn't luck, it was complete and utter fate.
  
  here's the story. i'm lazy. we all know that. i like leaving things to last minute. my excuse? i think the closer i get to the deadline, the more challenging it'll be. i like a challenge. so, ocad. i applied there but they're not the best at organizing stuff, meetings, interviews, blah blah blah. so i planned on getting hammered in waterloo this one weekend in march. and that i did. i had a good time, got back, checked my e-mail and there it was, "severe weather alert. interviews canceled.". (okay, truth is i saw the e-mail about my interview being that weekend right before i left for waterloo but decided to say fuck you, and party hard. and by the way, missing deadlines = a even bigger challenge.) so, i opened the weather alert e-mail and it told me that it's alright if i missed my interview that weekend, i can simply send my portfolio in for it to be evaluated. that i did. and here i am.
