Should there ever be limits to the "Freedom of Speech"? Why?
There are limits to free speech - that's why hate crimes exist. And in reference to another blogger who was afraid of having his/her protection against search and seizure being revoked... the protection is only against unreasonable search and seizure... that's why there is a process for the police when obtaining search warrants.

clearly, that person shouldn't be on the road.
I think freedom of speech should be protected under the constitution not revoked and limited under - after all, "freedom" implies unlimited - but then again there would be a lot issues surrounding that - but, w/e I live with it, and try my best to resolve this crises...
