meta judging
I've got a random question. There are people that say they don't like it when people judge other people for being a conservative, liberal, too fat, too skinny, etc.
However, aren't these people just meta judging, in that they're judging people that like to judge other people?

Probably.
Well to judge I think means to make generalizations about someone, or to form a complete opinion on someone, based on something specific (like the things you mentioned). If someone merely doesn't like it when someone judges others, and doesn't make any generalizations about those doing the judging, I think they are in the clear heh.
@patrick - Hmm, good point. But suppose someone were to say, "people that judge other people are assholes". They're making a generalization about people that judge based only on their judging of other people.
@vikas - In your example, the person is basically calling themself an asshole heh. We'd better not take this logic any further though, or we could up creating an infinite loop in real life :o
