thin is a skill
soooo i've been majorly sucking as far as this blog goes. sorry!!! i got back from the beach a few days ago (awesome sun, friends, and booze... tooo many calories). so basically i need to do major damage control. plus my period's about to start and i get crazy gross cravings that are really hard for me to control. but hey. it's just a bigger challenge, right? hopefully you all have been doing better than me. to make up for my crazy long absence, here's a whole lotta thinspo. the tips will start back up again soon. sorry again!!!

so i'm heading to the beach tomorrow with my friends. hopefully i won't be tooo tempted by all of the yummy beach food. sigh. if i ever get a chance i'll definitely get on to post some thinspo!! but i haven't abandoned you guys!! leave me some comments letting me know about what you'd like to see/know when i get back on!!! i can try to answer questions or requests!!
1) don't use diuretics. they can dehydrate you.
2) use smaller plates so it looks like you're eating more.
3) make you're own weight loss website. it'll keep you motivated.
4) get out of the house if you're hungry. remove yourself from temptation. out of sight, out of mind!
5) never eat anything bigger than you're fist. it'll just expand your stomach.
6) low cal hot chocolate curbs your chocolate craving and the hot water makes you feel full!
7) fiber makes you feel full and helps take fat out of your body. natural cleansing!!!
8) check the nutrition facts on "health" bars and shakes like slim-fast. sometimes it'd be just like eating a pie!!!
9) when tempted... think to yourself "you've done way to good to put THAT in your body"
10) imagine what the fat in the food will look like on and in your body before you eat it. not exactly appetizing!

whew!
ohh man! i'm really sorry guys!! my friends and i went for an overnight camping trip and while we were out there, some of the guys thought it'd be fun to stay longer and me and the other 2 girls there agreed. 5 days later.... i'm back home!!! haha. it was crazy!!! and i lost like... 5 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahhhh!!!! so yea.... no tips... but a bunch of thinspo!! sorry i've been so lame. tips tomorrow. then i'm off to the beach for a week and i'll try to update whenever i can!!!

1) water keeps your metabolism working hard and fast!
2) hot and cold foods/beverages signal to your brain that you've had something to eat. choose those over room temperature foods.
3) water down your soup. it feels like you're eating way more!!!
4) make popsicles out of water and crystal lite!!
5) chew on a straw. it's distracting.
6) fool your stomach. make a bowl of ice and water and eat the crushed ice with a spoon. you'll feel like you're eating b/c you're going through the motions.
7) some people have observed that an iron deficiency can lead to chocolate cravings. so take your vitamins!!
8) puralin dissolving appetite suppressants are 0 cals. they numb your tongue so you can't taste anything. i think you can get them at places like wal-mart.
9) if you want to purge, eat soft food, chew it alot, and have lots of water. it makes it easier.
10) order a lunch portion instead of a dinner portion when you go out to eat.
