dang! okay! honestly im a fat whore who needs to drop fifty lbs.

im a fatty! ive gained like 15lbs this summer. lardass. i need to be small. i need to be thin. i need to be hott. i need it! i would be so much happier with myself!

so here we go AGAIN:

1.no eating after 6pm.

2. at least 6 bottles of water daily

3. actually work out-not just be a lard

4.no binging-like lunch&&water only.

okay did decent over the weekend considering the circumstances.
still dont think i have lost any/much weight.
im just writing down everything i eat and im not eating that much.
did best the first days under 400cals a day.

days that i work i do really good.
days i dont. naah

okay girls.

need to focus.

i need support.

i can't believe im the way i am. schools about to start and i need to be waay smaller.
im huge. im like freakin 160 again. im a lardass and i need help. if i gain more weight i will look like i did last year and that was even worse. i hate it!!
