good 4 me..i guess
hey i havent kept anything down all day
which is very good
im slowly loosing pounds....which is great
But i feel like im loosing emotion
...maybe it just today
but i dont feel anything..love....hate...hunger..pain
i guess thats good
im numb

I took the liberty of getting you healthy weight loss tips:
1. Eat 3 meals a day-IMPORTANT-don't skip breakfast- eat something high in fibre.
2. Do not eat after 7:00Pm
3. Choose sound sensible eating habits...diets DON'T WORK!
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
5. If you feel hungry before bedtime drink "weigh-less" soup (low calories)
6. Stress prohibits effective weight loss.
So as I always say...be happy!
